A multidisciplinary team offers high-quality, professional care aimed at promoting inclusion and successful integration into society.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for children and adults with special needs. The role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy sessions, and monitoring progress using evidence-based methods. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other rehabilitation professionals to support functional communication and swallowing safety. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to interdisciplinary case discussions, and participating in ongoing professional development and program improvement initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech and Communication Disorders.Candidates should possess expertise in assessing and treating Language Disorders across different age groups.Candidates should possess clinical skills in evaluating and managing Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.Current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia, in accordance with local regulatory requirements.Experience working with individuals with special needs in educational or rehabilitation settings is highly beneficial.Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, use evidence-based interventions, and maintain clear clinical documentation.Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.Proficiency in Arabic and/or English, with culturally sensitive practice, is an advantage.
