Team members work closely with caregivers to create inclusive, goal-oriented therapy plans in a welcoming, child-centered environment.Role Description: This full-time, on-site speech-language pathologist role is based at Goal Getters Therapy Center in Baguio City. The speech-language pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with communication, speech, and language disorders, as well as feeding and swallowing challenges when indicated. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with other therapists, educators, and caregivers. The role involves delivering direct therapy sessions, providing caregiver training, participating in team meetings, and contributing to an inclusive and supportive clinical environment.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in speech therapy, including assessment and intervention planning for pediatric clients.Strong foundation in speech and communication disorders, with the ability to tailor strategies to neurodivergent children and those with diverse abilities.Knowledge and clinical experience in language disorders, including receptive and expressive language support.Competence in managing dysphagia and related feeding or swallowing concerns, when within scope of practice.Relevant degree in speech-language pathology or communication sciences and disorders; professional licensure or eligibility for licensure as required by local regulations.Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings, preferably with neurodivergent populations.Effective interpersonal, documentation, and caregiver education skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional development, and culturally responsive, inclusive care.
