Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience in Speech Therapy and treatment of communication disorders and dysphagia- Proficiency in assessing and diagnosing individuals with language and speech disorders- Valid a Saudi Commission licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment- Preferred experience providing services in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and dysphagia in individuals- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address specific needs- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans- Stay informed about advancements in the field of Speech Language Pathology through professional development activities- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication and manage swallowing difficulties
