We offer competitive compensation ranging from $85 to $95 per hour based on experience. The supervisor will provide supervision to an SLP, conduct evaluations, and attend team meetings.In this role, you will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment focused on fostering effective communication skills in clients.

Responsibilities

Supervise SLP, conduct evaluations, and attend team meetingsConduct comprehensive evaluations for clients, assessing their speech and language abilitiesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansCollaborate with other professionals, families, and educators to optimize client careEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in speech therapyStay current with developments in the field of speech-language pathologyRequirementsMaster's degree in Speech Language PathologyCurrent state licensure or certification as a Speech Language PathologistExtensive clinical experience, including supervisory roles preferredExperience in conducting evaluations and assessmentsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to professional development and quality careBenefits1099 contractPart or Full-Time$85-95 per hour
