The center’s core purpose is to empower every child to reach their full potential.Role Description The Speech Therapist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language, and communication challenges in an on-site setting located in El Shorouk City, Cairo, Egypt. This full-time role includes conducting standardized evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs. The Speech Therapist will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals, offering guidance, home programs, and progress updates. Daily responsibilities also include documenting sessions, maintaining accurate records, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings to support coordinated care. The role involves contributing to a supportive, child-centered environment that encourages engagement, skill development, and functional communication in everyday life.QualificationsStrong clinical skills in Speech Therapy and management of Communication Disorders.Experience assessing and treating Speech and Language Disorders in children.Relevant degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.Local licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Therapist in Egypt, as required by regulations.Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and use evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to child-centered, inclusive, and culturally sensitive practice.+1 Prior experience in pediatric settings or developmental centers is highly beneficial.Hold a certificate in OPT from Talk Tools or any certified instructor.Salaryyour starting salary for the first year is 7000 LEA training period of one months will be included and partially paidworking hours are from 10 am to 7pmSalary benefits, bonus and incentives are included
