Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatric)Location: Orange Child Development Centre – Al Khobar, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeEligibility: Saudi Nationals PreferredLanguage: Arabic & English (Arabic Speaking Compulsory )Key Responsibilities1.

Assessment and DiagnosisConduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized tools such as REELS, PLS-5, and clinical observations.Identify and diagnose communication disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD-related communication challenges, apraxia, dysarthria, stuttering, voice disorders, and language delays.Prepare detailed assessment reports with measurable short-term and long-term therapy goals.2. Therapeutic InterventionDevelop and implement evidence-based individualized therapy programs and IEPs.Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on each child’s developmental needs.Introduce and train clients in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) methods when appropriate.Provide feeding and swallowing therapy where required.3. Collaboration and Family SupportEducate and coach parents and caregivers on home-based strategies to support progress.Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Special Educators, and Pediatricians to ensure integrated care.Maintain communication with schools and teachers to support carryover of therapy goals.4. Documentation and ComplianceMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes and progress reports in EMR systems.Follow professional, ethical, and regulatory standards applicable in Saudi Arabia.Qualifications and RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.Experience:Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in pediatric therapy are encouraged to apply.Experience in early intervention and neurodevelopmental disorders is an advantage.Skills and Competencies:Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Empathy, patience, and ability to manage behavioral challenges in children.Team-oriented approach and commitment to continuous learning.How to ApplySend your CV and a short summary of your pediatric therapy experience to:info.ksa@orangecdc.comWhatssap : 053 768 1992
