If you're committed to improving the lives of children through collaborative, patient-centered care, we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency and communication assessments for childrenDiagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disordersCollaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, and pediatriciansMonitor progress and adjust therapy techniques as neededDevelop and deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy plansMonitor progress, re-evaluate regularly and adjust treatment goalsCounsel and train parents, caregivers and teachers on strategies to use at home and in classKeep accurate, confidential clinical records in line with DHA standards and company policyTake part in case discussions, team meetings and continuing professional developmentRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech and Language Therapy / Communication DisordersValid DHA licence or DHA eligibility letterMinimum 5years of clinical experienceExperience with autism, developmental delay, language disorders, stuttering, dysphagia, etc.Fluent English & Arabic, mandatoryStrong communication skills and a warm, patient approach with children and familiesTraining in approaches such as PECS, Makaton, PROMPT, SCERTS or HanenExperience working in a multidisciplinary settingBased in Dubai
