The Speech Therapist is responsible for visiting Clients and patients while always providing the highest quality standard of care for all patients. The Speech Therapist is to manage a patients’ progress and ensure that their assistance and treatment is making a positive impact on their health.AccountabilitiesProvide Speech Therapy to patients of all ages.Undertake and record a thorough assessment using appropriate techniques and equipment.Design accurate and specific treatment plans for each patient.Helping patients to achieve the desired goals and advise on the treatment optionsCoordinating with patients, parents and treating physicians on the establishment of care plan and conducting the program to correct the speech disordersKnowledgeable on the new advance innovative therapies to provide the best care and achieve the desired outcomeEvaluating patient progress and implementing the changes as requiredKeeping up to date with the advancements of the skills by attending conferences, webinars, CMEs Provide appropriate advice based on the patient’s medical, social and cultural circumstances Plan and deliver individual Speech Therapist treatment programs. Prepare the schedule on a weekly basis according to the patient request Respect patient confidentiality always and abide by code of conduct and ethic in the scope of practice. Maintaining a good reputation of the company at all the time Education & Experience: DHA license – Speech Therapist Speech Therapist degree or equivalentA minimum of 2-3 years’ working experienceStrong English-speaking skills.
