Speech Therapist (Part Time)

We are looking for a part-time speech therapist for 2-3 days a week with a minimum 1 year of experience in the UAEAssess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patientsDevelop and implement customized treatment plans to address patients' needsMonitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patientsProvide education and support to patients and their familiesMaintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress reportsStay up to date with the latest research and techniques in the fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders, such as language delays, articulation disorders, stuttering, voice disorders, and dysphagia.Use a variety of assessment tools and techniques, including standardized tests, observations, and interviews with patients and their families.Use evidence-based practices and the latest research in speech-language pathology to inform treatment plans.Work collaboratively with families and caregivers to ensure that treatment goals are aligned with patients' needs and preferences.Use technology and specialized equipment to support patients with communication and swallowing difficulties, such as augmentative and alternative communication devices and feeding tubes.Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.Follow ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice, including confidentiality, informed consent, and cultural sensitivity.Engage in advocacy efforts to promote awareness and understanding of speech-language pathology and its impact on individuals and communities.
