SPIFF Implementation Specialist – Salesforce – CornerstoneAbout the Role We are looking for an experienced implementation specialist to lead the configuration and rollout of SPIFF, our sales incentive and commission management platform, integrated with Salesforce.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SPIFF implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, and go-live supportBuild and manage the Salesforce integration to sync opportunity, account, and user data into SPIFF for accurate commission calculationsDesign commission plans, accelerators, and SPIFF rules in collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Finance stakeholdersConfigure automated payout workflows and approval chains within SPIFFConduct UAT with sales reps and managers, resolving data or calculation discrepanciesCreate admin and end-user documentation and deliver training sessionsPartner with IT/Security to ensure the integration meets data governance and access control requirementsWhat We're Looking ForHands-on experience with SPIFF Strong Salesforce knowledge (Sales Cloud, data model, Flows or APIs)Familiarity with sales compensation structures — quotas, accelerators, splitsAbility to translate business rules into platform configurationStrong communication skills
