With a clear mission to “Build Stronger People,” Spartan Martial Arts & Fitness encourages members to train with purpose and develop a mindset that supports growth in and out of the gym.Role Description The Spinning Coach is responsible for leading high-energy indoor cycling classes that cater to a range of fitness levels, from beginners to experienced riders. This full-time, on-site role in Sharjah involves planning and delivering safe, engaging, and motivating sessions that align with the gym’s focus on strength, endurance, and overall conditioning. Day-to-day tasks include designing class profiles and playlists, demonstrating proper bike setup and technique, monitoring participants’ form and safety, and providing clear coaching cues and encouragement. The Spinning Coach will also support member retention by building positive relationships, tracking progress, and contributing to the overall community atmosphere. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with other coaches, assisting with gym events, and promoting classes through in-person communication and social media when needed.Qualifications Strong indoor cycling and group fitness coaching skills, including class programming and the ability to adapt workouts for different fitness levels.Knowledge of basic exercise science principles, such as cardiovascular training, strength and endurance development, and safe training techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, instruct, and support diverse participants in a group setting.Ability to maintain a safe training environment, including proper equipment setup, injury-prevention practices, and adherence to gym policies.Experience working in fitness, sports coaching, or martial arts environments is highly beneficial.Relevant fitness or group exercise certification (e.g., spinning/indoor cycling, group fitness, personal training) preferred.Comfort working full time on-site in Sharjah, with flexibility for peak training hours such as evenings and weekends.Demonstrated commitment to personal fitness, professional growth, and contributing to a disciplined, community-oriented training culture.
