With a clear mission to “Build Stronger People,” Spartans provides purpose-driven training that supports both physical and mental growth.Role Description The Spinning Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for planning and leading high-energy indoor cycling classes that align with Spartan Martial Arts & Fitness standards and training philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include designing class profiles and playlists, guiding participants through safe and effective workouts, demonstrating proper cycling techniques, and providing real-time coaching and motivation. The instructor will monitor participant performance and safety, offer modifications for varying fitness levels, and support member retention by creating an inclusive, engaging class environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, collaborating with other coaches on programming, and occasionally participating in promotional events or social media content to support community growth.Qualifications Strong skills in Spinning, Indoor Cycling, and Cycling, with the ability to lead structured, safe, and motivating classes.Competence in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training to tailor workouts, correct form, and support diverse fitness goals.Relevant certification in group fitness, spinning/indoor cycling, or personal training from a recognized organization.Experience teaching group fitness classes, preferably in a studio or gym setting, with mixed experience and fitness levels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, encourage, and engage participants of all ages.Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, punctuality, and maintaining a clean, well-organized training environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on class schedules and member demand.Basic knowledge of exercise science, warm-up and cool-down principles, and heart rate-based training is an advantage.
