Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia / Remote with required travelContract: 14 months, with potential 3-month extensionExperience: Minimum 8 yearsSector: Gaming, Esports, Festivals & Live EntertainmentAbout the OpportunityWe are recruiting an experienced Sponsorship Integration Manager to support a major international gaming and esports festival programme in Saudi Arabia.This is an exciting opportunity for a sponsorship activation professional with proven experience transforming brand sponsorship commitments into engaging, fully operational live-event experiences.The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating sponsor activations, managing deliverables and ensuring sponsorship activities are successfully integrated into the wider festival programme.This is a hands-on sponsorship activation and integration role, rather than a sponsorship sales or business development position.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main coordination point for the delivery and integration of assigned sponsorship activation programmes.Translate sponsor entitlements into engaging, practical activation concepts aligned with festival objectives.Develop detailed activation plans covering audience engagement, space requirements, visitor throughput, staffing and operational delivery.Coordinate sponsor deliverables, approval processes, timelines and outstanding requirements.Ensure all activations comply with brand guidelines, event layouts and operational constraints.Work closely with event planning, creative, production and operational teams to integrate sponsorship activities.Coordinate sponsor branding, space allocation and technical or build requirements through the appropriate project teams.Manage changes to sponsorship activation plans and resolve delivery challenges.Maintain accurate activation schedules, progress trackers and stakeholder updates.Essential RequirementsMinimum 8 years' relevant experience in sponsorship activation planning or integration for large-scale live events, gaming, esports or festivals.Proven experience delivering at least two live event seasons.Demonstrated hands-on experience personally developing and delivering sponsorship activations.Strong understanding of sponsorship entitlements, brand activation requirements and event integration.Experience planning activation layouts, staffing, audience flow and operational requirements.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, approvals and deliverables.Strong organisational, problem-solving and project coordination skills.Professional English communication skills.Desirable ExperienceExperience delivering sponsorship activations for major international or global brands.Background in major esports tournaments, gaming festivals, sporting events or large-scale entertainment programmes.Experience coordinating multiple sponsor activations within complex event environments.Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.Arabic language skills.Working ArrangementsTwo potential working arrangements are available:Riyadh-based: Working from the project office, with relocation and visa support subject to agreed terms.Remote-based: Working Sunday to Thursday on Riyadh business hours, with required travel to Saudi Arabia.All candidates must be available onsite in Riyadh during the required festival operating periods in July–August and November 2027.This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity requiring dedicated involvement throughout the engagement.How to ApplyIf you have a strong background in sponsorship activation, brand experiences and major live-event delivery, we would like to hear from you.Please apply with your updated CV and details of sponsorship activations or major events you have personally delivered.Join a major international gaming and entertainment programme in Saudi Arabia.
