You will support and manage the sales cycle across 19 Yards' client engagements and the company's own commercial growth, from prospecting and pipeline generation through pitching, proposal development, negotiation and closing.You will build and manage a strong pipeline, run proactive outbound outreach, identify relevant brands and decision-makers, pitch sponsorship propositions and help convert opportunities into signed commercial partnerships.You will work directly with the Founder and wider 19 Yards team, with senior support available on major opportunities, negotiations and commercial strategy. Over time, you will take increasing ownership of sponsorship and partnership sales, with performance measured against clear pipeline, sales and revenue targets. The role centres on:

- 2+ years' experience in sponsorship, partnerships, sales, commercial or business development within cricket, sports or a closely related sector
- Genuine knowledge and understanding of cricket and its commercial ecosystem
- Experience in sponsorship, partnership or commercial ales
- Experience prospecting, approaching and building relationships with prospective sponsors, partnersor clients
- Understanding of sponsorship rights, packaging and activation
- Strong commercial and sales instincts, with the ability to identify relevant opportunities for brands and cricket properties
- Confidence with outreach, prospecting, pitching, negotiation and follow-up
- Evidence of contributing to or securing sponsorship, partnership or commercial revenue
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong organisation and disciplined pipeline and deal tracking
- Comfortable working toward sales and revenue targets
- Proactive, resilient and able to work independently in a remote environment Preferred
- Previous sponsorship sales experience specifically within cricket
- Experience working with cricket boards, leagues, franchises, clubs, academies, tournaments or other cricket properties
- Experience across more than one international cricket market
- An existing network of contacts across cricket, sports, brands or agencies
- Broader experience across sport, media or events sales
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace and presentation tools Personality Fit The ideal candidate:
