Maracuja FC is a newly established football club based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, competing in the UAE Third Division.Founded in 2025, the club is building a modern and ambitious football project focused on sustainable growth, teamwork and professional development.This is an opportunity to join the club at an early stage, contribute directly to its development and grow alongside the organization.ROLE DESCRIPTIONMaracuja FC is looking for a motivated and hands-on Sporting Director to support the development and daily management of the club’s football operations.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The Sporting Director will work closely with the Club President, Head Coach and team staff to coordinate sporting activities, support player recruitment and help create an organized and professional football environment.We are looking for a practical, reliable and ambitious professional who is ready to contribute to the growth of a newly established football club.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Support the development of the club’s sporting direction.• Coordinate daily football operations with management and coaching staff.• Assist with player recruitment, registration and squad planning.• Maintain effective communication between management, coaches and players.• Support training, matchday and team-related arrangements.• Help ensure compliance with league and federation requirements.• Build professional relationships with players, agents and football stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS• Relevant experience in football management, team operations or sports administration.• Good understanding of the day-to-day requirements of a football club.• Knowledge of player recruitment and squad management.• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.• Practical, flexible and comfortable working in a growing club environment.• Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.• Working proficiency in English.• Knowledge of UAE football is an advantage.• Candidates should be based in the UAE or available to work on-site in Dubai.HOW TO APPLYPlease apply through LinkedIn with:• Your updated CV• A brief professional introduction• Details of your relevant football experience• Your current location• Your availability to begin working in Dubai
