Sports Analyst

We’re Hiring – Sports Analytics Team ManagerWe are looking for a Sports Analytics Team Manager who has a strong understanding of sports and experience managing/training a team.Sports Knowledge Required.Candidates should have good knowledge of at least 2–3 of the following sports, with preference for candidates familiar with multiple sports:Field HockeyWater PoloRugbyNetballFootball / SoccerRole & ResponsibilitiesAs a Sports Analytics Team Manager, you will be responsible for:Hiring and building a team of sports analysts/taggers.Training team members on sports analysis, tagging guidelines, and workflows.Managing the team and assigning games/tasks on a daily basis.Monitoring the quality and accuracy of completed games.Conducting QC (Quality Check) before submitting the final analysis to clients.Ensuring games are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.Handling team performance, feedback, and day-to-day operational issues.Coordinating with the operations/client team to ensure smooth delivery.
