Our Patient Experience Team serves as the welcoming face for all patients and visitors, ensuring a supportive and positive first impression.Role Overview:The Sports Medicine Doctor will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing sports-related injuries and conditions, with the aim of maximizing the physical performance and recovery of athletes and active individuals. By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the specialist will develop individualized treatment plans that emphasize patient-centered care and promote long-term musculoskeletal health.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding clinical care using a variety of assessment techniques and treatment modalities, integrating therapies as appropriate.- Uphold and enhance the DISC brand by adhering to departmental protocols, requirements, and standard operating procedures.- Maintain complete compliance with DISC and Health Authority standards relevant to the clinic.- Foster a positive patient experience through clear, compassionate communication during consultations and treatments.- Meet monthly revenue generation KPIs.- Ensure all licensing requirements are fulfilled promptly and accurately, including formalities for licensing under the DISC facility.Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine specializing in Sports Medicine.- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sports Medicine Doctor in a clinic or outpatient environment.- Strong knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating physical dysfunctions and sports injuries.- Experience with infection control protocols.- Familiarity with Ministry of Health/Dubai Health Authority regulations, according to the clinic's location.If you are enthusiastic about advancing musculoskeletal health and thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, we encourage you to apply.
