Sports Programme Coordinator

Colégio Guadalupe is looking for an experienced International Sports Programme Coordinator to join the team responsible for the development and implementation of a new programme combining international education and high-performance football.We are looking for a professional with a strong background in Physical Education and football, experience within an international educational environment, and the ability to take a leading role in the design, implementation and day-to-day operation of the programme.This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable designing an academic and sports programme, working with students and coaches, and engaging directly with families and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design and implementation of the programme, ensuring effective integration between its academic and football components;Support the development and delivery of the Cambridge Physical Education component of the programme;Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the programme and ensure effective communication between all teams involved;Act as a key point of contact for students and families;Closely monitor each student's academic and sporting journey, supporting their development and overall experience;Coordinate academic schedules, training sessions, competitions and other programme activities;Work closely with teachers, coaches, school departments and external partners;Contribute directly to the practical delivery of Physical Education and football activities when required;Support the admission, onboarding and integration of new students;Contribute to the continuous development and international growth of the programme.Candidate ProfileDegree in Physical Education, Sports Science or a related field;Relevant professional experience within education and/or football;Knowledge of the Cambridge International curriculum, preferably Cambridge Physical Education;Strong football background, preferably including coaching experience;Recognised football coaching qualifications will be highlyThis is an opportunity to join the programme from an early stage and play an active role in building a distinctive project at the intersection of international education and football.📍 Colégio Guadalupe — Aroeira, Portugal⏱ Full-time
