Sports Staff

We are seeking energetic, confident, and sports-oriented individuals to join our onboard Sports & Recreation Team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy leading activities, engaging with guests, and creating fun, safe, and inclusive experiences at sea.As a Sports Staff team member, you will lead a variety of onboard sports and recreational programs, including FlowRider® surfing, basketball, ping pong, and other guest activities, while ensuring safety and delivering exceptional guest service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate onboard sports and recreational activities.Host and facilitate signature attractions and events.Engage guests of all ages, including families, children, and adults.Confidently use a microphone and lead group activities.Ensure safety procedures are followed and manage guest behavior when necessary.Support multiple activities based on daily operational needs.Deliver outstanding guest service and create memorable onboard experiences.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience leading sports or recreational activities.Background in sports, recreation, or a related field.High School Diploma or equivalent.Hands-on experience in multiple team sports is required (e.g., basketball, volleyball, golf, pickleball, or similar activities).Strong communication and customer service skills.Comfortable working in a guest-facing environment and leading group activities.CPR and/or Lifesaving Certification is preferred.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience working with groups, including families, adults, and children.Comfortable hosting activities and speaking in front of large audiences.Ability to manage safety protocols and guest behavior effectively.Flexible and willing to support a variety of onboard activities.Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.Passionate about creating engaging and memorable guest experiences.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about sports and enjoy creating engaging onboard experiences, we encourage you to apply.After submitting your CV, please click the link below to create your CTRAC profile.
