industrial process-equipment projects across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.The role will focus on spray drying and related powder-production technologies used for food ingredients, flavours, botanical extracts, nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical ingredients and specialty formulations.The successful candidate will work with industrial customers, application engineers and international equipment manufacturers to evaluate feed characteristics, drying requirements, powder specifications and suitable process configurations.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬• Analyse customer requirements for converting liquid feeds, emulsions, suspensions or concentrates into powders.• Review feed properties including solids content, viscosity, density and temperature.• Support technical selection of suitable spray-drying configurations.• Evaluate atomisation technologies and operating requirements.• Review inlet and outlet air temperatures.• Analyse drying-air flow and thermal requirements.• Support evaluation of evaporation capacity and moisture removal.• Review final powder moisture specifications.• Evaluate target particle-size distribution.• Support optimisation of bulk density and powder flowability.• Analyse potential powder stickiness and wall deposition.• Evaluate heat sensitivity of active ingredients and formulations.• Support projects involving encapsulation of flavours, oils or functional ingredients.• Analyse requirements for carriers and encapsulating matrices where relevant.• Support evaluation of nozzle and rotary atomiser configurations.• Review requirements for cyclones, bag filters and powder-recovery systems.• Support technical evaluation of fluid-bed integration where applicable.• Assist with troubleshooting involving low yield, poor powder recovery, agglomeration or inconsistent moisture.• Support pilot trials and scale-up from laboratory or pilot spray dryers to industrial production.• Coordinate technical discussions between customers and ideal candidate should understand that producing a stable industrial powder requires control of feed composition, atomisation, thermal conditions, drying kinetics and powder recovery.Candidates should be comfortable analysing process data, identifying causes of poor drying performance and discussing technical solutions directly with application and equipment-engineering teams.Candidates whose experience is predominantly general sales or non-technical business development are unlikely to be suitable.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering or a closely related technical field.Minimum 3 years of relevant process-engineering or industrial drying experience preferred.Practical experience with spray drying or industrial drying equipment is strongly preferred.Understanding of mass and heat transfer.Knowledge of powder properties and particle formation.Ability to analyse process parameters and equipment
