The role ensures no code enters production without strict QA, Business, InfoSec clearance, and CAB authorization.Key ResponsibilitiesGovern release readiness, RTM completeness, and zero critical defectsManage CR lifecycle, aging dashboards, and SLA complianceValidate production deployments and ensure code integrityCoordinate change freeze schedules, deployment windows, and eCABDrive continuous improvement through RCA and defect‑leakage analysisRequirementsStrong experience in ITIL Release & Deployment, CAB governance, CR trackingKnowledge of CI/CD principles and enterprise risk mitigation10–15 years in QA/Release/Change roles within regulated environmentsPreferred: ITIL v4 Specialist, PMP/Prince2, ISTQBInterested candidates, please share CV: kajal.samiulla@dautom.com
