Our faculty consists of highly experienced solicitors and barristers with extensive experience in the Middle East legal industry.Role Description We have slots for part-time SQE Course Tutors/Lecturers to deliver high-quality teaching and tutorial support on our Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) preparatory courses and related legal modules. Teaching comprises a mix of online and in-person delivery. All teaching and preparatory materials are provided. we can be flexible to accommodate your availability.QualificationsStrong subject-matter expertise in core SQE areas (e.g., business law, dispute resolution, property, ethics, and professional conduct).Experience in designing and delivering legal education, including lectures, tutorials, workshops, and exam preparation sessions.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to support learners from diverse backgrounds.Proficiency in academic support activities, including mentoring, feedback provision, and performance monitoring.Qualified solicitor or barrister (or equivalent legal qualification), ideally with practice experience in the Middle East or common law jurisdictions.Prior experience teaching LPC, GDL, SQE, or similar professional legal qualifications is highly beneficial.Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing schedules, marking deadlines, and institutional quality standards.Comfort working in an international, multicultural environment and collaborating with a small, dynamic academic team.Postgraduate qualification in law or legal education (e.g., LLM, PGCert in Higher Education) is an advantage.
