We are looking for a proactive, analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to work closely with the founders and leadership team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, performance tracking and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. This role is critical in helping the company maintain strong financial discipline, improve cost efficiency and make data-driven decisions as it continues to scale.KEY RESPONSIBILITESPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management dashboardsAnalyze revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flows and key financial performance indicatorsSupport budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activitiesTrack actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts and identify key variancesPrepare financial models, business forecasts and scenario analyses to support decision-makingMonitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables and overall financial healthAnalyze costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved operational efficiencyTrack budgets, expenses and cost allocations across departments, projects and business functionsWork closely with founders and department heads to provide financial insights and recommendationsAssist in evaluating new projects, investments, partnerships and business initiatives from a financial perspectiveMaintain accurate financial data and ensure timely reconciliation and reportingWork with the accounts and finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial informationSupport month-end and year-end closing activities and management reportingIdentify gaps in financial processes and develop recommendations for better controls and efficiencyCoordinate with auditors, consultants and internal teams for financial analysis, documentation and reportingBuild and maintain financial dashboards and MIS reports using Excel/Google Sheets and relevant accounting toolsREQUIREMENTSMust be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or have a strong finance/accounting qualification1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting or a related fieldStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and accounting principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and derive actionable insightsExcellent proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, including financial models, Pivot Tables, lookups and data analysisKnowledge of Zoho Books or other accounting/ERP software will be an advantageStrong understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliations and financial statementsExperience in preparing MIS reports, management dashboards and financial presentationsHigh attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work with large datasetsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial informationPrior experience in a 200+ employee organization will be an advantageWHY JOIN US?Work directly with founders and core leadershipGain high exposure to strategy, partnerships, operations and business decision-making — beyond routine financeWork in a fast-growing environment with significant ownership and impactOpportunity to build and improve financial planning, reporting and analysis processesBe part of a company building the future of experiential and skill-based educationhttps://aerobay.in/https://youtube.com/@theaerobay?si=c7fvJuuOXM5gEXrahttps://www.linkedin.com/company/aviotron-aerospace/https://www.instagram.com/aero_bay?igsh=eDZmMWo1MDQ1cTli
