Please read more about us at www.kazunov1ai.comResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), and other deep learning models for real-world applications.Build and integrate LLM/VLM-based pipelines, including RAG, document processing, information extraction, and AI-driven workflows.Apply prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques to improve the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI applications.Design and develop machine learning models for structured and unstructured data.Deploy and run LLMs using model-serving tools such as vLLM, Ollama, or similar technologies.Develop and integrate AI applications across the backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructureContribute to deployment, performance optimization, monitoring and productionization of AI applications.Requirements3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and full-stack application development, with practical experience building and deploying AI-powered applications.Strong academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.Hands-on experience working with LLMs, VLMs, and deep learning models such as Llama, Qwen, Phi, Gemma, or similar open-source/open-weight models.Experience with LLM inference/model serving tools such as vLLM, Ollama, or similar.Experience with RAG pipelines and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, React.js, and integration with databases.Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong plus.Ability to take ownership of AI modules, make technical decisions, and drive solutions from development to production.Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.What We OfferHands-on experience in building and deploying products end-to-end.Opportunity to work directly with founders and experienced software engineers.A dynamic startup environment with end-to-end ownership of products.
