Sr AI/ML Engineer

Salary is 175k to 225k + bonus5 days in-officeMust Have Qualifications:- Master's degree is required.- 5+ years of experience.- Must have Decision Tree, XG Boost.- Tree Models, RAG and LLM.- Strong experience in AI/ML algorithms, such as classification, forecasting, and uplift modeling, with expertise in applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to real-world problems.- Proficient in Python or R for advanced analytics.- Analyze, clean, and integrate large, diverse data sets, and transforming them into actionable insights.- Translate complex AI/ML findings into clear, impactful business recommendations for cross-functional teams. - Cloud (Azure preferred and open to AWS or other Cloud providers).Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that improve business outcomes.- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for AI/ML-driven optimizations.- Communicate complex AI/ML findings to business leaders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.- Continuously improve AI/ML models by testing, evaluating, and fine-tuning algorithms to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
