Sr AI/ML Engineer

Salary is 175k to 225k + bonus 5 days in-office Must Have Qualifications: - Master's degree is required. - 5+ years of experience. - Must have Decision Tree, XG Boost. - Tree Models, RAG and LLM. - Strong experience in AI/ML algorithms, such as classification, forecasting, and uplift modeling, with expertise in applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to real-world problems. - Proficient in Python or R for advanced analytics. - Analyze, clean, and integrate large, diverse data sets, and transforming them into actionable insights. - Translate complex AI/ML findings into clear, impactful business recommendations for cross-functional teams. - Cloud (Azure preferred and open to AWS or other Cloud providers). Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that improve business outcomes. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for AI/ML-driven optimizations. - Communicate complex AI/ML findings to business leaders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making. - Continuously improve AI/ML models by testing, evaluating, and fine-tuning algorithms to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
