Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Analyst/Corporate HSE & Security, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our building management systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in supervising daily BMS operations, leading a dedicated team of operators, and ensuring prompt response to alarms and service requests. Additionally, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, contributing to the overall safety and functionality of our systems.Responsibilities Supervise daily BMS operations, including monitoring, controlling, and adjusting systemparameters. Lead and coordinate a team of BMS Operators & Senior Operators. Ensure timely response to alarms, faults, and service requests. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for BMS equipment and associated systems (HVAC, lighting, access control, etc.). Liaise with other departments (e.g., electrical, mechanical, IT) for integrated systemperformance. Assist in system upgrades, expansions, and commissioning of new equipment. Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incidentreports. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and safety procedures. Provide technical guidance and training to BMS staff. Support the BMS Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and improvement proposals. Supervise and carries out the operations and maintenance of the computerized building control systems to ensure the safety and security of staff customers and premises. Supervise and maintain computerized Building Management/Security and Safety/Access Control systems do so in adherence to Corporate Safety and SecurityPolicy and standards. Interfaces with the concerned Engineering Sections and/or Head Office HSE for both normal operation and diagnoses and performance restorationof the various systems during abnormalities. Controls entry access to buildings, premises & sites.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.Strong knowledge of BMS equipment, including HVAC, lighting, and access control systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Proficiency in using BMS software and tools for monitoring and control.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Willingness to continue learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
