The focus is on maintaining design intent, building consistency, managing complexity, and helping firms deliver with greater confidence.About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and BIM workflows, with practical experience in Autodesk Revit.You will work on architectural projects for US-based clients, translating design concepts into accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready drawings and models.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Prepare construction documents, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, redlines, and client markups.Coordinate architectural models and drawings with structural and MEP teams.Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.Understand US architectural standards, construction practices, and wood-frame construction.Communicate effectively with internal teams and support project delivery within deadlines.Incorporate feedback and maintain high standards of quality and documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent qualification.2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, BIM modeling, or construction documentation.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a good understanding of AutoCAD.Strong knowledge of architectural plans, sections, elevations, detailing, and construction drawings.Familiarity with residential construction, renovations, and permit drawing sets.Understanding of US building construction practices is preferred.Knowledge of wood-frame construction and residential building systems.Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.Good written and verbal communication skills.
