Details:Job Description: Stefanini Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Collaboration Technology Specialist to support, evolve, and optimize our client's enterprise collaboration ecosystem, including Zoom, Microsoft 365, Teams, conference room technologies, and emerging AI-powered workplace solutions. The ideal candidate combines hands-on AV and video conferencing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This role is responsible for supporting users and meeting spaces, evaluating new capabilities, driving adoption of collaboration technologies, and partnering with business stakeholders to improve the digital workplace experience. Technical expertise is important, but curiosity, adaptability, customer focus, and a passion for learning are equally critical.
