Position: Senior Marketing Manager – Production & Events

Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Senior Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of production, events, activations, launches and brand experiences.This role is for someone who can take an idea from concept to execution, manage multiple stakeholders and vendors, and ensure every event or activation is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.The ideal candidate will be hands-on, commercially aware, highly organised and passionate about creating memorable brand experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesTake end-to-end ownership of all events, launches, activations, exhibitions and brand experiences.Develop event concepts, themes, execution plans, timelines and budgets.Manage event production, venue requirements, fabrication, branding, AV, entertainment, logistics and on-ground execution.Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, production houses, vendors and partners.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.Oversee event branding and ensure consistency with the company's brand identity.Manage event-related marketing and communication across relevant channels.Negotiate with vendors and manage production costs effectively.Conduct post-event evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.Take complete accountability for execution, problem-solving and outcomes.What We Are Looking For7+ years of experience in events, production, experiential marketing or brand activations.Strong experience managing large-scale events and launches.Excellent project management and vendor management skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.Highly proactive, hands-on and execution-oriented.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to take ownership without requiring constant supervision.Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality or premium brands is preferred.Ownership & AccountabilityThis is a high-ownership role.
