Job Description & Skill Requirement:Experience: 15 – 20 yearsDomain: Automotive bumpersMain Responsibilities & Tasks:Development of Design Concepts based on project direction guidance from OEMCAD Activities in CATIA V5 and V6Evaluation and Open Item ClosureCreation of LayoutsStyling Feasibility with LA Studio3D ModelingDrawing Creation to OEMs standards using latest software systemsCATIA V5 will be primary CAD program used thru Die GoSupporting Document CreationCost Estimation & Analysis of Supplier QuotesEvaluation Attendance & C/M creation and response (e.g. Gap and flushness, IQS, Wiring & Piping, etc)Requirements:PSC to be on-site full time at OEM, Ohio location and act as PIC and window person to LTTS Near Shore and Offshore PSCsOffshore PSC workload and responsibilities to be managed by Onsite PSCMust understand the OEM development flow:Overall project scheduleGeneral understanding of the expectations at each milestoneWorking knowledge of OEM development systemsHigh Level of CATIA V5 and V6 capabilityAbility to work with and negotiate with styling, suppliers, and factory to support OEMs best interests and best practicesUnderstanding of part/assembly cost drivers and design methods to achieve development targets.Qualification:B.E
