Sr Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with deep expertise in transportation, warehouse, and supply-chain operations to support the warehouse system, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of enterprise logistics systems. This role serves as a critical bridge between business operations and technology teams, translating operational needs into clear requirements and ensuring solutions are delivered effectively, tested thoroughly, and adopted successfully across the organization.Required Skills & Experience9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation management, logistics, and supply-chain processes.Demonstrated experience supporting system implementation, enhancement, integration, and process-improvement initiatives.Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.Experience creating process flows, use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.Experience coordinating UAT, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
