Sr Business Process Management Analyst

About the RoleAs a Sr Business Process Management Analyst, you will design, analyze, and manage business processes and company documentation (Policies/SOPs/WI/Forms) to ensure alignment with the business model, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards, including activity mapping, authorization validation, and socializing changes to relevant parties.Responsibility :Analyze and review both existing and new business processes to identify areas for improvement, considering the impact on the overall business process.Develop business process plans (L-1 to L-4/5), RACI matrices, and process flows to ensure all process activities are mapped to the agreed business model.Evaluate business processes, considering the use of technology to achieve time and cost efficiencies.Document any changes to business processes in the form of company documents (Policies/SOPs/WI/Forms).Update/design policies/SOPs/WI/Forms in accordance with organizational standards and needs to ensure documents remain relevant and accurate on a regular basis.Check the completeness of documents and validate approvals to ensure they align with the established organizational structure and authorization levels.Manage the preparation and dissemination of procedural documents (SOPs/WI/Forms) to ensure all approved documents are disseminated to relevant parties.Requirement :Bachelor degree all major.Min 5 - 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Key Knowledge and Skills: Analytical Skills, Computer Application Skills, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Data Visualization, Documentation, and ReportingPlacement : Head Office, West JakartaAbout Kawan Lama GroupEstablished in 1955, Kawan Lama Group is a multi-sector group of companies who are constantly innovating for improving the quality of lives.
