Sr. Concept Drafter / Designer

Job Description:We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Concept Drafter / Designer with strong UAE experience in luxury villas, mansions, and high-end residential projects.The ideal candidate will have 90–95% autonomy, with the ability to take projects from initial brief to concept presentation within 4–7 days with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop luxury residential concepts, layouts, spatial planning, and design solutions.Demonstrate strong knowledge of spatial flow, ergonomics, scale, proportion, and luxury aesthetics.Prepare hand sketches, 2D plans, elevations, material boards, mood boards, and presentation decks.Develop 3D concepts and visualizations for interiors and exteriors.Ensure designs align with UAE DBC requirements and Master Developer guidelines, including Emaar, Nakheel, and similar developers.Independently manage design development, revisions, and presentation deliverables.Deliver high-quality concepts under tight 4–7 day deadlines.Software ExpertiseAutoCAD | SketchUp / Rhino | Enscape / V-Ray / 3ds Max | Photoshop | InDesignRequirements12–15 years of relevant professional experience.10–12 years UAE experience preferred.Strong portfolio of luxury villas / high-end residential projects.Excellent concept development and spatial planning skills.Strong hand-sketching and presentation abilities.Practical knowledge of UAE residential regulations and Master Developer requirements.High level of independence, creativity, accuracy, and design judgment.Ideal Profile: A design-led professional who can independently transform a brief into a complete, polished luxury residential concept package with minimal supervision.
