About the JobWe are hiring a Sr. Consultant/Manager – Business Analyst (Regulatory Compliance) to support leading financial institutions in managing risk and compliance. This role offers exposure to complex regulatory frameworks, process automation, and project delivery in a dynamic consulting environment. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, translating requirements into actionable documentation, and driving compliance initiatives across multiple functions.OverviewThe role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong analytical skills, regulatory domain expertise, and hands-on experience in compliance platforms. You will be extensively involved in requirements gathering, process evaluation, documentation, and stakeholder management. Candidates must be agile, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior leaders in fast-paced environments.What You’ll DoProcess Evaluation: Assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions.Automation: Lead initiatives to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.Documentation: Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and business requirement documents.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align compliance initiatives.Risk & Compliance Projects: Drive initiatives across FCC, AML, and KYC domains.What You’ll NeedDegree holder with 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Regulatory Compliance, FCC, AML, and KYC.Proven expertise in technical delivery and familiarity with end-to-end processes.Hands-on experience with Actimize or Netreveal.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.Team player with the ability to lead and collaborate across diverse functions.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their profile to isha.mishra@cws-apac.com or careerscws@cws-apac.com.
