Sr. Consultant (UAEN)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (UAEN) to support strategic initiatives, policy development, and economic sector transformation projects, based in Dubai. This role will work closely with government stakeholders and economic sector leaders to design and deliver strategic projects, support policy development, review legislation, and contribute to initiatives that drive sustainable economic growth.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Public Policy, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, economic development, public sector advisory, or government transformationExperience with Big Four consulting firms or leading global consultancies is highly preferredPrevious experience with Abu Dhabi government entities or Center of Government functions is a strong advantageStrong knowledge of strategic planning, policy formulation, and legislative reviewExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex audit findings clearly and professionally.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsKey Responsibilities:Lead and support strategic economic development projects from concept to implementationConduct policy analysis and support the development of economic policies and frameworksReview existing legislation, regulations, and governance models to identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop strategic recommendations, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholdersEngage with government entities and key stakeholders to gather insights and drive project outcomesSupport benchmarking, research, and best-practice assessments across economic sectorsContribute to transformation initiatives and programs aligned with economic prioritiesIn support of Emiratization initiatives and the organization's commitment to developing local talent, qualified Emirati professionals are encouraged to apply.
