Key ResponsibilitiesProvide senior contract advisory services for the Aramco EPC project, managing contract negotiation, drafting and administrationOversee contract compliance, risk management and dispute resolution for project contractsCoordinate with client contract teams, subcontractors and legal teams to ensure contract alignment with project requirementsSupport change management, claim management and contract closeout activitiesMinimum Requirements20 years of relevant contract management experience in oil & gas EPC projectsProven work experience with Aramco or its subsidiary companiesDeep knowledge of FIDIC, Aramco contract terms and conditions, and international EPC contract management best practicesProven ability to manage complex contract negotiations and resolve contract-related disputes
