At our core, we are dedicated partners committed to securing the mission with innovation, integrity, and measurable impact.Job SummaryDevelops and implements security solutions aligned with strategy, maintains awareness of market and technology trends, applies advanced consulting skills, and develops innovative solutions for complex problems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and design efforts of cybersecurity solutions and service offerings to protect federal networks.Coordinate with a team of thought leaders and experts to identify the right tools and techniques to meet IT needs and future goals.Guide network and systems design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to balance security and mission needs.Identify and implement ways to harden systems and reduce attack surfaces.Lead cybersecurity technologies and domains including IoT, Cloud security, Automation and Orchestration, identity and access management, and machine learning.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience with Cybersecurity, including 5+ years of experience with leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations.5+ years of experience in network architecture and design.Experience with architecting Zero Trust solutions, road maps, and capabilities in alignment with industry standards, including NIST 800-207 and DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture.Experience with leading product selection initiatives, including perimeter defense, zero trust, A&O, AI, analytics, secure DevOps, identity and access management, or network access control.Ability to work with and guide senior leaders, including CISO, CIO, and CTO, and executives to ideate, build, and execute cybersecurity capability maturation.Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.Associate’s degree and 10+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, or Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience supporting IT projects, or 12+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities in lieu of a degree.Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support (CSSP-IS) Certification, including CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND certification within 30 days of offer accept.Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification such as SecurityX (formerly CASP+), CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP certification within 45 days of CSSP-IS date (or offer accept if candidate already has CSSP-IS Cert) or 45 days after CSSP-IS if CSSP-IS is also needed.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering leadership role.Experience with selecting, designing, and implementing security tools and capabilities for large, complex federal or commercial organizations.Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams effectively to incorporate cybersecurity solutions and develop high-quality implementation plans and roadmaps.Ability to author technical documentation, whitepapers, and blogs on cybersecurity topics and concepts.Experience with innovative cybersecurity capabilities, including A&O, AI and machine learning, NGFW, and Big Data.Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.Equal Opportunity StatementDisruptive Solutions, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
