Core services include Digital Government Platforms, AI & Data, Cloud & DevOps, Enterprise Applications, RPA, and Technical Outsourcing for leading Saudi government entities.Job ObjectiveLead and manage digital projects from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while delivering on time, within budget, and in compliance with enterprise governance frameworks (PMO).Key Responsibilities1. Project Lifecycle ManagementPlan and manage digital projects across all lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)Develop and maintain key project documentation (Project Charter, PID, project plans)Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs2. Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to EPMO standards, policies, and methodologiesEstablish and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Ensure compliance with recognized frameworks (PMI, COBIT, ITIL4, PMO3)3. Stakeholder ManagementEngage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholdersManage communication with executive leadership and key stakeholdersPrepare and present periodic reports (operational, tactical, executive)4. Execution & MonitoringMonitor project performance across schedule, cost, quality, and scopeManage change requests and scope adjustmentsIdentify risks and issues, and implement mitigation and resolution plans5. Resource & Team ManagementBuild and lead cross-functional project teamsAllocate resources and manage workload effectivelyMonitor team performance and ensure accountability6. Requirements & Solution ManagementGather and analyze business and technical requirements (functional & non-functional)Collaborate with digital and technical teams to design solutionsEnsure deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations7. Closure & Knowledge TransferEnsure proper handover to operations and business unitsDocument lessons learned and best practicesPrepare final project closure reports and performance evaluationsQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Experience6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital or technology-driven projects Experience working within PMO / EPMO environments is highly preferred SkillsTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2) Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar) Understanding of digital transformation domains (AI, Data, Systems, Applications) Management SkillsLeadership and team management Strategic planning and execution Risk and issue management Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
