Sr. Electrical QAQC Engineer - Immediate joiner

Job PurposeResponsible for managing and overseeing QA/QC activities for electrical works on luxury villa projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements,.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise QA/QC activities for all electrical works, including LV, lighting, power, containment, earthing, and ELV systems.Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, checklists, MIRs, and Inspection Requests (IRs).Ensure electrical installations comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams.Identify quality issues and manage NCRs, corrective actions, and preventive measures.Monitor testing, commissioning, and inspection activities for electrical systems.Review material submittals, technical documents, test certificates, and manufacturer recommendations.Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records and support project quality audits.Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure proper integration and quality of MEP works.Support the project team in achieving quality objectives and timely project closeout.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.5+ years of experience in QA/QC for electrical construction works.Strong experience in luxury villa / high-end residential projects is mandatory.Excellent knowledge of electrical installations, testing, and commissioning.Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, DEWA requirements, and international standards.Experienced in ITPs, MIRs, IRs, NCRs, method statements, and QA/QC documentation.UAE/GCC experience preferred.Strong coordination and communication skills.Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days are preferred.
