The organization values technical excellence and continuous improvement in elevator services.Role Description The Sr. Elevator Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair work on elevator systems, including routine inspections, scheduled service, and emergency call-outs. Daily tasks include diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshooting faults, replacing parts, and ensuring systems comply with safety and regulatory requirements. The Sr. Elevator Technician will guide junior technicians, document service activities, coordinate with supervisors and clients, and support installation and modernization projects as needed. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, accurate reporting, and proactive identification of potential issues to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Elevator Maintenance and Elevators experience, including servicing various elevator brands and models.Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in elevators.Candidates should possess Electricity and Maintenance & Repair skills for working safely with elevator power systems and performing corrective and preventive repairs.Relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering, preferably with elevator specialization.Several years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair, including senior or lead technician responsibilities.Thorough knowledge of elevator safety standards, codes, and local regulatory requirements in the UAE.Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals, with strong attention to detail.Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team, and capability to mentor junior technicians.Physical ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, following all health and safety guidelines.
