This role will work primarily with the President, Brad Noble, supporting him across his businesses, investments, and personal ecosystem.The OpportunityAs Senior Executive Assistant / Administrative Business Partner, you'll serve as the President’s trusted execution partner: creating the structure, organization, and follow-through that allow him to stay focused on his highest-value priorities.The role combines high-level executive support with personal assistance, project and transaction coordination, travel, office operations, and hands-on problem solving. Executive Operations & Strategic SupportOwn the President’s professional and personal calendars, inbox workflows, meetings, priorities, and communications, ensuring important requests, decisions, and commitments receive timely attentionPrepare the President for meetings, transactions, travel, and strategic priorities by organizing the necessary context, materials, logistics, and approvals in advanceTranslate calls, texts, emails, and conversations into clear action, driving follow-through across employees, attorneys, lenders, brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders2. Personal Executive & Travel SupportCoordinate personal scheduling, appointments, reservations, events, household needs, gifts, and other personal priorities with a high degree of discretion and responsivenessPlan complex domestic and international travel across commercial and private aviation, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, dining, itineraries, documentation, and real-time changesAnticipate personal and travel needs, research options, solve unexpected issues, and create a seamless experience so the CEO can remain focused on the decisions that require his attention3. Real Estate, Projects & Financial AdministrationSupport real estate acquisitions, developments, financings, bank closings, and other transactions by coordinating documents, signatures, deadlines, due diligence, and stakeholder follow-upManage assigned business and special projects from planning through completion, maintaining visibility into outstanding decisions, dependencies, and deliverablesAssist with administrative financial matters including expenses, invoices, budgets, account tracking, documentation, and coordination with financial and professional partners4. Office Operations & Executive InfrastructureHelp oversee the day-to-day needs of the office, including supplies, vendors, maintenance, visitors, lunches, and other operational requirementsProvide backup support for private aviation scheduling and logistics, with the ability to learn the operational details required to coordinate aircraft, pilots, maintenance, and travelBuild and maintain practical systems, checklists, documentation, and workflows that improve organization, continuity, and follow-through across the executive-support functionRequirements5+ years supporting a founder, President, CEO, entrepreneur, family office principal, or senior executive in a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Personal Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, Executive Operations, or comparable roleExceptional organization, calendar management, travel planning, communication, and follow-through skillsStrong judgment and comfort operating independently in a high-trust environmentExperience coordinating projects across multiple internal and external stakeholdersStrong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsStrong Excel skills for expense categorization, budget tracking, and administrative financial reportingExperience with real estate transactions, development projects, financings, closings, legal workflows, or family offices preferredExperience providing personal and household support preferredCurrent notary commission or willingness to obtain one preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferredWork Environment & Compensation
