You will oversee fit-to-standard adoption, process validation, testing, user enablement, go-live, post-go-live support, and process optimization, working with business and technology teams to deliver standardized, scalable digital solutions that strengthen manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations.You are Good atLeading SAP PM, PP, and QM functional solutions across implementation and post-go-live environmentsTranslating business requirements into standardized SAP solutions aligned with best practicesOptimizing maintenance, production planning, and quality processes through digital enablementFacilitating fit-to-standard workshops and engaging effectively with business process ownersManaging functional testing, process validation, and user adoptionIdentifying process gaps, dependencies, and recurring issues and developing sustainable solutionsTroubleshooting functional issues through structured root-cause analysisCollaborating effectively across business, operations, quality, and technology teamsManaging multiple priorities within complex digital transformation environmentsWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline from an HEC recognized Institute.Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP PM/PP functional experience, including implementation, rollout, application management, hypercare, or post-go-live supportHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud will be preferredStrong functional knowledge of SAP PM, including maintenance notifications and orders, equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, confirmations, and reportingStrong functional knowledge of SAP PP, including demand management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, work centres, capacity planning, confirmations, and production reportingWorking knowledge of SAP QM and its integration with procurement, production, and maintenance will be an advantageExperience in process validation, functional testing, UAT, regression testing, documentation, user training, and post-go-live supportExposure to SAP Cloud ALM, Central Business Configuration, SAP Fiori applications, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud release testing will be an advantageSAP certification in SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM, SAP PP, SAP QM, or a related functional area will be preferredWho You’ll Work WithThis role reports into the General Manager Digital Systems.
