By adding value at every stage, Trillium seeks to become a trusted long-term partner for its clients.Role Description The Sr. Field Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for supporting the installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and repair of, pumps, and related flow control equipment at customer sites. This role involves performing diagnostic assessments, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure safe and efficient operation of systems. The Sr. Field Service Engineer prepares detailed service reports, maintains accurate documentation, and communicates project status and technical recommendations to customers and internal teams. The role includes providing technical guidance to junior service personnel, coordinating with engineering and supply chain teams, and supporting aftermarket projects and upgrades. The engineer may also participate in customer training, safety compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reliability.Qualifications Strong technical expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in, pumps, or flow control equipment.Proficiency in field diagnostics, equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance in industrial environments such as oil and gas, power, or water and wastewater.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, and to use standard measurement and testing tools safely and accurately.Solid communication and customer service skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.Experience leading field assignments, mentoring junior engineers or technicians, and managing service activities under tight schedules.Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices for site work and equipment operation.Comfort working on-site in industrial facilities, with willingness to travel to customer locations in the region as required.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent technical qualification; prior field service experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to document service activities, prepare reports, and follow structured processes.Working knowledge of standard office and field-related software (e.g., MS Office, digital reporting tools); experience with maintenance management systems is an advantage.exellent knowledge about API standardsMajor ovehualling experiance
