Apply & track with Apply EdgeAmazing Manufacturing Sr Finance Manager Opportunity!A growing Manufacturing and organization in Mercer County, NJ, is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management across a complex operating environment.Act as the global finance business partner to the Business Unit, supporting executive leadership with strategic financial guidanceLead monthly financial performance reporting, including analysis of revenue, margins, and profitability drivers across regions and product linesOwn and coordinate the annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning (e.g., 3–5 year plans) processesProvide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business performance and support decision-makingPartner with commercial and operational stakeholders globally to evaluate: Sales trends and pipeline performance, product and customer profitability, and cost fluctuations and margin optimization opportunitiesSupport and challenge business leaders through data-driven analysis and financial modelingOversee financial governance for capital investment (CapEx) initiatives, including tracking, reporting, and ROI analysisDevelop and implement enhanced reporting tools and dashboards (leveraging data visualization and emerging technologies such as AI)Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-level presentationsCollaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and best practice sharingProactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and financial insight deliveryLeadership & ImpactServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within the businessInfluence strategic decisions through rigorous financial analysis and forward-looking insightsLead cross-functional collaboration across finance, commercial, and operational teams globallyDrive continuous improvement in financial planning, reporting, and analytics capabilitiesCore CompetenciesStrong financial acumen with deep understanding of financial accounting and performance driversDemonstrated experience in FP&A, business partnering, and global financial consolidationAbility to analyze complex data sets and communicate insights effectively to non-financial stakeholdersAdvanced skills in financial modeling, reporting tools, and data visualizationProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholdersAdditional InformationGlobal role with exposure to international teams and leadershipPeriodic travel (domestic and international) as needed to support business engagementCORE SKILLS & ATTRIBUTESWe are specifically targeting candidates with:8+ years of strong Financial Planning & AnalysisCommercial finance or business partnering as well as knowledge of plant / operations financePrevious Big 4/Large Regional public accounting experience preferredProactive, strategic mindset with strong communication skillsPrevious support of a global or multi-site business units preferredStrong exposure to: Revenue analytics & margin analysis, Forecasting and long-range planning, Executive stakeholder interactionStrong financial modeling and analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into business insightsStrong technical application use such as utilizing Advanced Excel + experience with large ERP systems and analytical reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, etc.)Excellent benefits available: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K options, in addition to various other benefits.
