About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with Good skills of Front end Development who can take ownership of application development, architecture, releases, and technical leadership.This is a player-coach role, with approximately 70% hands-on development and 30% technical leadership, mentoring, and client communication.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, Angular, and modern JavaScript frameworks, along with the ability to guide junior developers and work directly with clients.📍 Location: Ahmedabad, India — On-site💼 Experience: 6+ years🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST — US Shift💰 Salary: ₹6 LPA to ₹10 LPA📌 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent🏢 Work Mode: In-personKey Skills Required- Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET- Experience with modern .NET 8/9 and legacy .NET Framework- ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and REST services- Entity Framework / EF Core- React or any modern JavaScript framework- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript- SQL Server and T-SQL- Azure services such as App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Blob Storage- Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management- Git branching and release strategies- Object-oriented design, unit testing, and integration testing- Third-party API integration and debugging- Strong communication and client-handling skills- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developersGood to Have- Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, RAG, or vector databases- Docker and containerized deployment- React Native or mobile development experience- Fintech or regulated-industry experience- Formal Tech Lead experienceThis is a player-coach role involving approximately 70% hands-on development and 30% technical leadership and mentoring.
