Sr. Functional Consultant D365F&O (Expert in Advanced Warehouse Management)

Job SummaryThe Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant will lead the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable D365 F&O solutions across Finance and Supply Chain processes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.7–10+ years of ERP functional consulting experience, with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O.Experience delivering full-cycle D365 F&O implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-go-live support.Strong functional knowledge ofGeneral LedgerAccounts Payable / Accounts ReceivableCash & Bank ManagementFixed AssetsBudgetingFinancial DimensionsTaxIntercompanyPeriod and year-end closingProcurement & SourcingInventory ManagementProduct Information ManagementSales and PurchasingWarehouse ManagementMaster PlanningProduction/ManufacturingExperience with business-process analysis, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment.Ability to prepare functional specifications and work effectively with developers and technical consultants.Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and user training.Knowledge of LCS, Azure DevOps, Data Management/Data Entities, workflows, integrations, and Power Platform.Strong understanding of ERP business processes and D365 F&O best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to lead workshops and mentor junior consultants.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain certification is preferred.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead functional workstreams for D365 F&O Finance and Supply Chain implementations.Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and business-process workshops.Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes and recommend appropriate D365 F&O solutions.Configure Finance and Supply Chain modules based on approved requirements.Perform fit-gap analysis and identify opportunities to use standard D365 functionality.Prepare functional design documents and specifications for required customizations, reports, workflows, and integrations.Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, architects, project managers, and business users.Lead functional testing, including SIT and UAT, and manage resolution of functional defects.Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.Provide end-user training, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional root-cause analysis.Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization.Maintain functional documentation, configuration documentation, and process flows.Ensure solutions meet business requirements while following D365 F&O implementation best practices.Mentor junior functional consultants and provide guidance on solution design and deliverables.
