Location: Dania Beach, FLOn-Site requirement: 5 days per weekRate / Salary Range: $80-90KTimeline for hire: 2 rounds of interviews, ideally hiring within the month or soJob DescriptionOur agency client, known for its vibrant culture and deep expertise in the hospitality and travel space, is seeking a talented Senior Designer to join their collaborative, close-knit team.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dania Beach, Florida. Recent agency experience is required and any experience hospitality related is a huge plus!You'll have the opportunity to work on a varied slew of branded print and digital advertisements ranging from print ads, billboards/OOH, event collateral to social, web design, email marketing campaigns and more.

Key Responsibilities

Design compelling print and digital assets including advertisements, logos, and branded materialsDevelop visual concepts from ideation through final production, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standardsCollaborate cross-functionally using Workamajig to manage creative workflows and approvalsTranslate client objectives into visually engaging solutions that resonate with target audiences

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Designer in an agency settingStrong portfolio showcasing work in hospitality or travel (highly preferred)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on both Mac and PCExpertise in layout, typography, branding, and print productionStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior creativesIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
