Job Title: Sr. HR Operations SpecialistLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ٍSr. HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, oversee employee onboarding and offboarding , and help ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.You will serve as a key point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, helping to foster a positive and productive workplace.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR strategies, policies, and programs defined by Management, ensuring continuity of HR operations in line with Saudi laws, international regulations, and standards.Manage the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, contract renewals, orientation, training programs, performance management, employee relations, and investigations.Support the handling of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Use HR Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient data tracking, employee records, and HR reporting (e.g., Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem).Use the company's HR platform to upload and/or update contractual information and documents, and to process related reports.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and local regulations, including immigration, employment contracts, work permits, and visa requirements.Carry out HR activities on a regular basis in compliance with deadlines and company guidelines.Support external labor law consultants and personnel management as required by senior management.Collaborate on compensation and benefits initiatives, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee rewards and recognition.Manage attendance tracking to support payroll cycle closure.Handle the calculation and payment of GOSI contributions.Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data in line with applicable data protection laws.Provide guidance to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Collaborate with other corporate functions on cross-cutting matters of shared interest.Prepare HR reports and analytics.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR operations.Perform other related duties consistent with the required expertise, as assigned.Requirements:Job KnowledgeSolid understanding of Saudi HR laws, best practices, and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, visa requirements, and Saudization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software (internal systems and government platforms).Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations/Administration.
