Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesProject Finance Execution: Support the end-to-end project finance process, including due diligence management, advisor coordination, and preparation of lender materials to achieve Financial Close.Lender & ECA Engagement: Assist in negotiating term sheets, facility agreements, and intercreditor arrangements. Coordinate with Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) and international/local lender syndicates on credit approvals and due diligence requirements.Financial Modeling & Valuation: Own, build, and maintain complex project finance models. Perform debt sizing, DSCR sculpting, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning to optimize capital structure decisions.Bankability & Contract Review: Evaluate key project contracts (TSA, Foundation, Cable, EPCI, O&M, Offtake) from a financing and bankability perspective, identifying risk allocation and alignment with lender requirements.Investment Governance: Prepare high-quality investment memos, lender presentations, and financial summaries for the Investment Committee, Board, and senior management.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 6-10 years of direct experience in Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance within a leading developer or financial institution.Sector Focus: Strong familiarity with Renewable Energy (preferably Offshore Wind or Onshore Wind/Solar) or large-scale Infrastructure transactions in Asia.Technical Skills: Advanced project finance financial modeling capability (debt sizing, sculpting, sensitivity analysis). Proven understanding of ECA-backed financing structures is a strong plus.Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline. CFA, MBA, or CPA is preferred.Languages: Full fluency in English and proficiency in Korean are required.Soft Skills: Exceptional commercial acumen, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross-functional workstreams under tight timelines.
